What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each piece is carefully handmade and crafted with delicate materials, which require special care.
For this reason, returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
How long does shipping take and do you offer free shipping?
Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
We offer free shipping on orders over $199.
For orders below that amount, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Our pieces are handmade and created with delicate materials and careful craftsmanship.
Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
